Welcome to the "heart" of our work
We are producers of magnetic cores for transformers, that is, the internal part of the electrical transformer which represents approximately 50% of the device itself, with specialization in three-phase, single-phase, reactor cores, and for any specific requirements.
We work with precision on oriented grain magnetic steel, high permeability, and very low loss laser materials, in addition to processing non-oriented grain magnetic steel for the production and assembly of cores for electrical transformers.
We pay particular attention to tests and controls on raw materials already in the first production phase, using technological tools that measure the main characteristics of the magnetic steel in real time. Further checks are subsequently carried out on material samples in the subsequent production phases, ensuring that they meet the required tolerances, and on the finished product, performing insulation tests and verifying that the overall performance of the products is in line with customer requests.
